My experience with the front office attendant was frustrating and very underwhelming for the price listed for the apartmentnnI was contacted by the complex in regards to future residency The person who called sounded uninterested and disassociated from the conversation which made the experience offputting When the topic of finance was brought up I referenced that I was in the military I had to explain to the attendant what basic housing allowance BAH was for in regards to income After this I was informed that BAH was not accepted as income for their apartments I requested to the attendant that I would like to come in person to gain a clearer understanding I was rudely denied due to the prequalification process we were engaged innnI ended the conversation feeling unfulfilled and frustrated
