I truly love this place Walking distance from busstops and street car stops Roughly 4 blocks from Canal Street Walking distance to the business district Bikeriding distance from Magazine street Despite being across the street from the Sheriffs department and the street out front of the building being full of potholes this place is in a great location The building is a renovated brewery with laundry facilities on the 2nd floor a small courtyard near the office free parking for tenants a small fitness room and key code gated entry to the building and parking lot Guests can park on the street and Ive never heard of anything bad happening to vehicles There are elevators and at least two stairwells The people working in the office are very kind as are the maintenance employeesnThe units on the top two floors are gorgeous High ceilings new appliances a very open floorplan and some of them have an exposedbrick wall or two I really loved the thick factory floors renovated brewery remember which kept me from hearing any noise from neighbors The only complaint anyone Ive ever heard is the appearance of the neighborhood Despite being near Tulanes new teaching hospital several grocery stores and lots of restaurants the immediate surroundings are full of abandoned houses and cracked streets Ive noticed some work being done by the city and local businesses to remedy those problems This is the kind of place Id recommend getting into now before construction is done on the area Its a valuable little gem in the middle of the most unlikely place The only reason Falstaff isnt my home right now is because I no longer live in New Orleans proper If I were ever to go back Falstaff would be my first stop

Well I would say one of the best appartments to stay with furnished kitchen and bathroom big room and yes the atmosphere around is just awsome Its a perfect place to stay
