I lived here for 3 years and moved out a few months ago There are many issues with this building but it mainly stems from unresponsive management who rarely replies to emails and phone callsnn1 Broken doors A lot of things broke down here over the years including the front door of the building and the parking garage doors Each of these were not fixed in a ti 2022-10-19T15:07:21Z
I lived here for 3 years and moved out a few months ago There are many issues with this building but it mainly stems from unresponsive management who rarely replies to emails and phone callsnn1 Broken doors A lot of things broke down here over the years including the front door of the building and the parking garage doors Each of these were not fixed in a timely manner Elevator doors also do not close all the way Maybe 2 or 3 working elevators at a time of the 6 possible Someone broke the parking garage door in early August 2022 before I moved out and I heard from a resident that it was eventually fixed in October Thats 2 months of the garage door being permanently openn2 Gym I loved the gym There was a huge variety of equipment there and the rooftop area is amazing However there is no air conditioning or heat in the gym So its hot in the summer cold in the winter Theres a fan for the summer which helps but its still insanely hot Additionally of the 6 treadmills or so that were there only 23 worked at a time The others were continuously broken even after I sent in multiple maintenance requestsn3 Apartment air conditioning This happened to me across all 3 years only in the summer The air conditioning will work fine for a while then display an error code and stop blowing cold air Happened at least 34 times per week during the hottest months Maintenance told me this was because all air conditioning units on the floor are connected so once one encounters an error they all don4 General uncleanliness and careless neighbors I saw dog poop and other messes in the elevators and stairwell multiple times I know theres a maintenance crew trying to clean it up though and I feel bad for themn5 Windows They do NOT open much more than a crack that I cant even stick my finger through The leasing agent Alex does tell you that the windows open but that is stretching the truth You must submit a work order to open a window for the unit and only 1 window is able to be open in the entire unit Also it took maintenance 40 days to open my window after I submitted the work ordernnWhen management does not care it really shows And it has shown time and time again for the last 3 years Management will avoid you and you will be ignored after you move in Theres a reason why theres so many rent specials and vacant apartments PMC lures you in with the beautiful kitchen and bathrooms fantastic views of Baltimore and massive gym and 2nd floor amenitiesnnI stayed for 3 years because the price for a 1 bedroom was too good Less than 1400 for a 1 bedroom apartment in Downtown Baltimore I finally moved out because I was fed up with the continued lack of customer service from management Please stay away from PMC if you can Read reviews at 521 St Paul 301 N Charles St or other PMC apartments to see how they manage their other buildings more ... hide ...

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU ARE DAMN NEAR HOMELESS AND IN DESPERATE NEED OF AN APARTMENT First off the neighborhood as you can imagine is the worse I dont know how many people have been shot at or killed in the almost 6 months that i have been here but its no place to live with children The tenants are mostly young from ages 2130 or at least the 2013-07-15T21:29:18Z
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU ARE DAMN NEAR HOMELESS AND IN DESPERATE NEED OF AN APARTMENT First off the neighborhood as you can imagine is the worse I dont know how many people have been shot at or killed in the almost 6 months that i have been here but its no place to live with children The tenants are mostly young from ages 2130 or at least the ones who are in my building which i believe was an absolute set up They are loud smoke weed in the hallways sell drugs from the buildings and i wouldnt even put it past them if they have sex in the laundry room after a certain hour I applied for this dump last year in december Since then they have continued to have vacancies and looking for people to rent to Well i hope this review reaches the right people and i hope no one rents from them Their maintenance people are a joke Our air has been broken for over 2 weeks and no one has fixed it yet and the fact that its damn near 100 degrees is of no concern to them but they sent a portable unit to someone elses apartment To me i feel they show favoritism and are the most unprofessional people i have ever seen in my life I just came from living in a house with a slumlord and i would give him 3 stars before i rate this dump 2 I hope that i am saving someone from the headaches that i am going through and hopefully ill be able to move next year and make a damned better decision than this one more ... hide ...

Reasons why I cant go back to visit family Humans nor pets should be exposed to this Fortunately for me its just a visit but sadly for some its how they live Poor property management of this place Certainly not worth 1000 per month
