Not the best or worst housing project in Baltimore It could better though I hate that they allow tenants to hang out outside the front of the building smoking and drinking included At all hours of the day and night Its a clean building though and very supportive of the tenants with programs and food services for them It has a onsite laundry facility which is 2021-09-19T02:50:38Z
Not the best or worst housing project in Baltimore It could better though I hate that they allow tenants to hang out outside the front of the building smoking and drinking included At all hours of the day and night Its a clean building though and very supportive of the tenants with programs and food services for them It has a onsite laundry facility which is very convenient as there is no laundromat within walking distance of the neighborhood It also has onsite security which is nice and helpful especially in Baltimore But it is a hassle and nuisance to get into the building as you need an State ID or Drivers License to sign in Also the person you are visiting has to come downstairs and approve you for visitation That right there is a big problem as not everybody has an ID or Drivers License in Baltimore or can afford one This policy sets a lot of people back when visiting this housing project more ... hide ...

Went to the leasing office to get rental information around 4pm Saw the hours on the door 830 to 12pm and the phone number to call for an appointment Stood in front of the door and called no one answered the phone saw a couple of employees or leasing agents in the building still noone answering the telephone to even make an appointment If the hours are onl 2022-06-06T20:35:25Z

UPDATE Youll never have AC or Heat worked on that my entire year long lease Kids run up and down the halls elevator is broke every other week and constant fights And always Always Always the smell of weed Went down hill after the first month and lease office hours are always changing Neighbor of mine just got stabbed outside the building like a month ago a 2019-06-06T23:25:16Z
