Ive been here since my daughter was one shes 6 terrible management they keep changing management also so I believe no one is tryna do the job right maintenance dont fix nothing I complain and etc and still wont do right my air havent been working right for years including the heat all summer a kept being a problem e dry time it rain my baby ceiling leak they 2021-09-21T04:24:44Z

The customer service from Ms Parker is phenomenal The apartments looks very nice and super spacious the issue that i have with this property is the high influx of Crack heads and some of the residents I moved in on the first and Ive already had two run ins with junkies standing in front of my door pee in the walk ways from the junkies and last but not least 2018-08-08T20:48:33Z

My father passed away at N M Carroll Manor in his apartment This place is horrible and nasty the property managers do not care about the people who lived there The property manager Stephanie is a rude nasty attitude and customer service suck She had no sympathy for my father death and didnt even come out the off to send her condolences She had her face frown 2022-07-18T21:57:47Z

This place is disgusting There are rats everywhere in the back The trash backs up and is thrown all over the place and no one does anything about it I would suggest going elsewhere

I really like it here its quiet clean safe 24 hour security The residents have a key fob to access the building and the elevators so we dont have random people running in and out I heard it has drastically changed for the better in the past few years
