PLEASE DONTnnThis is one of the worst places to move to No exaggeration needed They dont accommodate the elderly in the building They will move a wheelchair bound person to the 5th floor while the elevators dont work So theyre stuck until the elevators get fixed Wont let anyone know when the water is being cut off due to renovations and wont fix any issues i

Very nice neighborhood and property My bathroom kitchen cabinets and drawers stove refrigerator and the carpeting was not properly cleaned to remove the last tenants dirt grease and grime The range hood over the stove had peeling paint on the underside of the range hood and the stove was missing the oven racks so I couldnt cook our Thanksgiving Dinner We

Very nice neighborhood and property My bathroom kitchen cabinets and drawers stove refrigerator and the carpeting was not properly cleaned to remove the last tenants dirt grease and grime The range hood over the stove had peeling paint on the underside of the range hood and the stove was missing the oven racks so I couldnt cook our Thanksgiving Dinner We later got a new range hood and after two trys got the correct sized oven racks Dead bugs were found in the entryway light globe so the maintenance man removed cleaned it out and replaced it When I pointed out stains in the carpeting the maintenance man spot cleaned the carpeting however I believe the carpeting or padding is harboring some type of biting bug and the bedroom carpeting gave off the faint smell of mold so my husband gave the landlord a move in report asking for the maintenance issues to be resolved and the carpeting to be replaced or cleaned but I was told it was my responsibility to have the carpet cleaned and that they had cleaned it already and had recently replaced it Other than that the property is great
