I see the shining reviews for this property are dated years back and that is important to note I have been made to feel extremely unsafe inside and out of this complex due to the complete lack of action that current management has engaged in to maintain the security and safety of tenants and their possessions Claims of assault violence theft Ive had three bikes stolen while locked up in the garage and constant disturbances of peace seem to go unchecked Trespassing theft is a huge issue with nonresidents somehow getting into the building and garage often unsupervised There are a number of issues that I could list off but the one to push me so hard as to write such an honest review was the fear for my personal safety inside my home I wish to see improvement but so far I have only seen decline and I fear that it will continue

Thank you to Somali my friends at Blueline flats for reaching out to me to be part of your meeting I thought I already did review about the incident with my mother but I guess I didnt Ayan thank you for remainder I dont think they even deserve 1 star I totally agree with everyone about the property manager attitude She needs to learn to talk to people This is the worst management I dont think she is only that needs training I believe her supervisor assistant also needs training This my problem with them My 60 Years mother applies for apt and put 500 deposit down Her worker stated that is property is not affordable for my mother I contact the property manager through email and phone call I explained the situation to her She doesnt even listen She rushes you off the phone Call the cooperate office left couple messages for a lady name Jennifer who her assistant called me back and than told to talk to the property manager To make long story short this property raise rent 50 for the one bedroom 60 for the 2 bedroom and 70 for the 3 bedroom which unaffordable for many people Anyway my other never got her deposit back Stay away from this property Unless they got new managementfyi not all staff is bad Lisa is great I came to office and she treated me with respect and was very nice and friendly unlike the property manager
