This building is not smoke free at all When we moved in we were told that they have a strict no smoking policy and to tell them whenever it becomes an issue but every single Fall and Winter and the colder months of Spring the smokers refuse to smoke outside and smoke directly in their apartments It is tobacco and marijuana and it just travels around the building and directly into other apartments When you walk in the building it immediately smells Same thing in the elevator and the hallways And its people who spend all day and night in their apartments smoking You cant even sleep properly because youre breathing it in all night As Im posting this my apartment smells terribly of cigarettes The air here is already dry but mixed with all the smoking Ive been getting nosebleeds So if you are a nonsmoker I really wouldnt recommend this placennThe kids in the building trash the place on a daily basis There are markings all over the walls Their parents literally allow them to litter wherever They also have them take out the trash so there will be trash just sitting in the elevator or on the stairs When they do make it all the way to the garage they either dont even bother to throw the trash in the actual dumpster and just leave it on the ground or they throw it and end up missing the dumpster completely and trash ends up all around the area Also the garbage is collected between 100AM and 300AMnnThere are only two washing machines and dryers per floor yet people are rude enough to always leave their clothes in the machines for hours or for a whole day making it so others cant use the machines People also dont know how to clean up after themselves when they make a mess It doesnt help that parents do allow their kids to play around in there So the laundry rooms are always messy Things do eventually get cleaned up by the cleaning crewnnI personally have never had a problem with the management of this place until this year I now understand all the complaints All the other negative reviews are 100 legit and I honestly cant wait to move out more ... hide ...

I love this apartment complex The location is perfect Close to the UMN campus bus stops and light rail I was able to navigate the city easily and quickly The office and maintenance staff are very accommodating and genuinely kind They all knew me by name and greeted me daily which is rare for an apartment complex so I felt instantly welcomed and taken care o 2019-07-10T21:28:08Z
I love this apartment complex The location is perfect Close to the UMN campus bus stops and light rail I was able to navigate the city easily and quickly The office and maintenance staff are very accommodating and genuinely kind They all knew me by name and greeted me daily which is rare for an apartment complex so I felt instantly welcomed and taken care of My apartment had a beautiful view of the US bank stadium and the neighborhood is very family friendly so one would often hear children laughing and playing at the playground nearby which was very joyful The apartment also has laundry on every floor and a work out facility that is open 247 so it was very convenient for my schoolwork schedule I definitely recommend this place more ... hide ...

These people are holding my deposit and I didnt move to their apartment When I supposed to move in they told me they didnt have a space and the say the will give me back my money and I havent get it yet its was 10302021 is there anybody know there Cooperate number please help me
