I love this place because it has everything i need Tennis courts lots of kids and families 4 soccer ball games going on at once a trail to runwalk on a huge playground kids flying everywhere Its awesome And i can keep an eye on my 12 year old son playing basketball with all the older kids lol very family oriented Ive been many times and have never seen any 2020-07-05T00:29:33Z

i have never rented from this place but there on my background for breaking a lease so idk what there doing or if there renting to people under false identification but i have not lived in minneapolis the past 17 years

Lots of homeless get into the building at all times of the day and night can get very scary

I lived here from May 2014 to Feb 2016 terrible building filthy loud scary disrespectful management crime ridden Aimco doesnt appear to care who they rent to I had neighbors who would fight slam each other against the walls run up and down the halls screaming at each other and slam their door I complained every time it happened when I was home to hear it ye 2016-07-30T12:00:06Z
I lived here from May 2014 to Feb 2016 terrible building filthy loud scary disrespectful management crime ridden Aimco doesnt appear to care who they rent to I had neighbors who would fight slam each other against the walls run up and down the halls screaming at each other and slam their door I complained every time it happened when I was home to hear it yet when I moved out they still lived theren10 floors in this building and the elevators are broken quite often The stairwells are locked so you dont have the option to use them you can walk down them but not up so at times you can be stuck waiting for the one and only working elevator for a very long timenThis building is a disgrace to Minneapolis especially being so close to the convention center more ... hide ...
