When this building was managed by Pinnacle things actually got done Deanna was the best property manager I have lived here since 2015 and I had no regrets except for now I first reached out towards the end of March about AC issues It looked like the circuit was tripped Maintenance Flicked the switch and everything was ok Now we fast forward to May 19 the AC

When this building was managed by Pinnacle things actually got done Deanna was the best property manager I have lived here since 2015 and I had no regrets except for now I first reached out towards the end of March about AC issues It looked like the circuit was tripped Maintenance Flicked the switch and everything was ok Now we fast forward to May 19 the AC would not stay on for longer then 10 MINUTES Maintenance came 521 was given a portable AC Which does nothing and was told on repairmen couldnt come out to 526nnRepairman came 526 and said he needs to order a part and I havent heard a thing after thatNow here we are today 68 and I have not had a working AC for almost 3 weeksnnWhat pissed me off yesterday when I went to speak with the assistant property manager I was told today I need to connect with maintenance to get an update as if that is my job Why is it my job to follow up to get something fixed in a buildingapartment that I dont own I am a renter I should be given updates of when something will be fixed How is it that an Assistant property manager doesnt know what is going on within a tenants apartment regarding repairs especially a major repair like fixing a AC unit Called main apartment building and another work order was put in I dont need another work order I need this fixed ASAP I have been running off of 34 hours of sleep and I cant take this any more I am beyond disappointed with the way things have been handled by the ppl who are managing this property and it seems like no one gives a damn

Nice little space for art and music with a back patio Went there for the Unicorn Art Exhibit and had a lovely time Food and drinks were supplied by a food truck a brewery and a distillery plus there was a quirky band Not a particularly exciting building but it was more than sufficient for the event
