Well Gosh Im not an important local guide but I guess anyone can just go on a rental property and politically editorialize so here goesnI LOVE what they did to this property especially the fact that they KEPT IT AFFORDABLE Did you know Minneapolis has one of the worst rates of affordable housing in the country Theres plenty luxury housing everywhere you look

Well Gosh Im not an important local guide but I guess anyone can just go on a rental property and politically editorialize so here goesnI LOVE what they did to this property especially the fact that they KEPT IT AFFORDABLE Did you know Minneapolis has one of the worst rates of affordable housing in the country Theres plenty luxury housing everywhere you look Its ridiculousnIve known several artists that lived and live here Real talented hardworking communityenriching creators that gavegive back in a real way One person studied in Paris with one of the leaders of their craft and brought it back to Minnesota There are so many factors that make people truly RICH It must be confusing and terrifying to try to grasp a paradigm that takes high risk and throws everything into hard work talent and learning practicing perfecting without money as a motivator Or maybe somebody just needs a darn roof over their head and they arent as fortunate as you are There will always be a spreadnNothing wrong with calling out false advertising or bad management either Ive seen public housing that is clean quiet and well kept recently too visiting a friend of mine that suffered an outoftheblue lifechanging stroke in her 20s So maybe they need to screen enforce or staff better because public housing is a great public service Hopefully these issues have improved by the attention that was brought to the issues raisednIn the meantime count your blessings every single day and dont ever let yourself fall into an entitled mindset But for God go I Be glad for the generosity you share It used to be built into our communities Youre doing just fine and you live in a GREAT PLACE Not everyone can be fill in favorite One Percenter here for Gods sake Capitalism is devouring itself Never enoughnHope you solve this issues at the location

I am not sure why people have posted a warm bed and 3 meals a day This is an apartment building with lease holders that pay rent It is owned by the Salvation Army but not a shelter or treatment facility They do however do some great things for people I was homeless before moving in The perks are great the rules however are made up on the go which is unconve

Not your typical income restricted housing in that residents know each other socially Although I havent lived there I knew several of the residents through the former nearby Starbucks including neighborhood activist Ray Perry Plymouth Church right across the street is handy resource for food or spiritual needs The former Starbucks on NicoletFranklin a block

Not your typical income restricted housing in that residents know each other socially Although I havent lived there I knew several of the residents through the former nearby Starbucks including neighborhood activist Ray Perry Plymouth Church right across the street is handy resource for food or spiritual needs The former Starbucks on NicoletFranklin a block away was a major neighborhood hangout Unfortunately that location attracted incredible street indigency and aggression that ultimately closed the store Finding out specifics of Lydia online is difficult you basically have to call them directly for info like unit size and availability
