This clinic is the most horribly managed health clinic I often have to call several times to get my prescriptions refilled They say things like Illsend a note to the nurse to get your prescriptions refilled and have them call you back when its done They never call Then when I call back they say We dont have any record that you even called I call weeks in adv

This clinic is the most horribly managed health clinic I often have to call several times to get my prescriptions refilled They say things like Illsend a note to the nurse to get your prescriptions refilled and have them call you back when its done They never call Then when I call back they say We dont have any record that you even called I call weeks in advance of need the prescriptions refilled to give them plenty of time to end up having to call every day because Im out of my meds Nobody should ever get to the point where they are out of their meds Its ridiculous They constantly pass the buck saying well so and so must not have done whatever thing or blame it on the patient rather than take responsibility for dropping the ball and trying to do better Im so fed up I wish there was a way to report them So sad that they are like this People deserve better They dont even deserve 1 star

I live at the 28th and cedar ave property for about 4 months and its been a great experience even though they said it wasnt always the best until they got a new management Gervona she worked super hard to clean up the whole property and got rid of anything and everything bad so its been very quiet for the past few weeks and Im loving it maintenance is amazin
