This was great when newly built but the upkeep has gone downhill The hallway carpets look unvacuumed and like they have never been carpet cleaned Layouts of apartments are nice Management seems to be undergoing staffing issues Helpful and pleasant when you can find them

Apartment is very clean but rooms are very small when we applied we were told we cant see the place until we get approved but being that we wanted it so bad due to the hype and it being new we thought nothing of it If you notice theres no picture of bedroom on website Well we are in a 1214 square feet 2 bedroom there like a little hall to get into the bedro 2019-06-08T13:19:51Z
Apartment is very clean but rooms are very small when we applied we were told we cant see the place until we get approved but being that we wanted it so bad due to the hype and it being new we thought nothing of it If you notice theres no picture of bedroom on website Well we are in a 1214 square feet 2 bedroom there like a little hall to get into the bedrooms which took space from bedroom and are not needed 2 bedroom 2 bath and its beautiful but looks small than our 1050 square feet we were living in Bathrooms are huge for no reason later bedroom could barely fit out old queen we were forced to get a new bed frame with minimal wall around space 2nd bedroom cant fit a FULL BED thank God our baby is in a CribIt has a washer and dryer nice part about it It has a trash and recycling shoot so you dont have to always go downstairs to trash but it stinks in there The doors to trash shoots are broken so its always left open you are however going down for recycling as its always full and impossible to send things down from shoot I assume most residences dont properly break things downwhen you yet downstairs the trash and reclying room is locked 90 of the time so people leave recycling infront of the door Theres always teenagers outside by the rental office at anytime of the night causing noise which has police always here It has a nice size gym and party room Office staff is nice and maintenance is always on time and makes sure they answer and take care of your problems I dont hear footsteps from the people above me however I do hear every and I mean every single noise from outside this is with windows closed The apartment it self as a very small play ground but theres a bigger part less than 5 minutes walk away If I knew how small the bedrooms were I wouldnt have signed or moved in patiently waiting on my lease to end more ... hide ...

When I first came to look this apartment I immediately knew this was the perfect place to call my home I didnt secondguess it I have lived here since November off 2016 and couldnt be more happier The entire staff at Longfellow station are awesomeThey always greet you with a smile and warm coffee They are so helpful and go out of their way to help their residences I would give them 10 STARS if I could The cleaning lady does vary good job the complex is vary well kept and maintained The Management are awesome and go out of their way to make you feel like your family They go above and beyond I cant thank them enough There is no better building to live in Minneapolis than LONGFELLOW STATION This is not your average property We truly enjoy living here and cant say enough great things about Longfellow Station Apts I would definitely recommend to anyone looking more ... hide ...

Large windows but none of them open Nice kitchen amenities and neighbors were quiet Unfortunately there is a main bus route outside the front door which causes problems getting in and out of the complex as they loiter infront of the door Maintenance doesnt get done in a timely manner and the air filters are never changed

Rising Cedar apartments have been such a blessing in my life The staff has helped me work through my anxiety and ptsd step by step onto a life of recovery I look forward to going back to graduate school and RC staff are helping make that a reality for me one manageable step at a time

Having simply visited a friend who resides in this beautiful and modern building I can say that the studio apartments are very nice including a livingsleeping area a kitchenette and a large bathroom that includes washer and dryer closet space and toilet sink and bathtub With showernnThere is a 24hour security desk The security personnel were very courteous and helpful The building offers guests free wifi a bit slow but workable There is an outdoor courtyard with tables and chairs or benches The foyer and lobby are very clean Having only seen one hall way on the second floor it can be assumed that regular cleaning is done The overall ambience was modern and there was not much noise that I heard during my long visitnnOf course the view from my friends apartment was excellent looking directly southward upon the US Bank Stadium There are currently new buildings under construction to the north and east of Emanuel Housing The blue line and green line light rail trains are very accessible to this residence more ... hide ...
