010 I wouldnt recommend living at CP Lofts to my worst enemy This place is ran so extremely poor and unprofessional like no place Ive ever experienced before I have been dealing with problems and maintenance issues since the day I moved in just 3 months ago On the day I moved in agreed upon by myself and the manager Christy my unit had not been professionally cleaned even though it was promised that it would be There was throw up on my roommates toilet a hole in my bathtub and on top of it we had to clean the entire unit ourselves NOT ONLY THIS but for over 2 months now our washing machine has been broken and neither Christy or Seldin Company who owns CP Lofts has remotely even tried to resolve the situation and will not return phone callsemails Basically any maintenance issue you WILL have wont be fixed in a timely manner whatsoever NOT ONLY THIS but Ive been in recent contact with a former tenant who moved out in August who still hasnt received her security deposit and is about to take CP Lofts to court as they will not reply to her emails or calls and are withholding her deposit which is illegal after 30 days Overall CP Lofts does NOT CARE about you as their tenant If you want to live in an apartment where they care about you and will fix any issues in a timely manner I highly suggest you stay far away from CP Lofts more ... hide ...
