If I could put less than 1 star I would Have had people come spray 4 separate times for bed bugs Theres now roaches everywhere from people moving in Ive yet to get some paperwork I need and theyre very unprofessional when I have an issue in my apartment it takes them days to come to fix anything and then when it is fixed theres a mess left behind for me to c 2021-11-10T07:45:45Z
If I could put less than 1 star I would Have had people come spray 4 separate times for bed bugs Theres now roaches everywhere from people moving in Ive yet to get some paperwork I need and theyre very unprofessional when I have an issue in my apartment it takes them days to come to fix anything and then when it is fixed theres a mess left behind for me to clean They changed out some fiberglass in my bathroom and instead of cleaning the particles up they left it so when I walked around barefoot I got it all over my feet The heat is on and its over 85 on my floor and its at least 75 on the first where the office is It was warm outside and instead of turning it down they turned it up Im unhappy Ive not even been here a year and I know Ill not be renewing the lease and I am looking for another place more ... hide ...

Ive been working with them since my family was quarantined for the pandemic Bill Bell the gentleman whose dedicated a lot of time to helping me find additional resources and helping us keep a roof over our head and answered my questions has always been so kind as well as the others that have assisted me I always was afraid to reach out for help because my 2020-12-14T23:52:27Z

Management was extremely friendly and informative The unit and building was beautiful Unfortunately I do not qualify due to their income restrictions However the manager put me down for when a unit that doesnt have income guidelines opens up I will be renting elsewhere by then Im sure but still had a great experience when I went in for a tour Ive never seen 2019-03-28T14:32:55Z

I moved into this complex when it was still under construction We were told it would be a seniors complex for only 50 residents and that it would be quiet and well taken care of NOT There are people living here of all ages including children some of whom treat the complex like a trailer park We have up to five adults living in a two bedroom unit with all the 2019-12-16T19:12:04Z
I moved into this complex when it was still under construction We were told it would be a seniors complex for only 50 residents and that it would be quiet and well taken care of NOT There are people living here of all ages including children some of whom treat the complex like a trailer park We have up to five adults living in a two bedroom unit with all the attending problems This is not what I signed up fornnWe have had 11 different managers since the complex opened Some have lasted almost a month others left after a week Not one of them has ever sent out a memo letting residents know their names or office hours What we do get however are new rules and dire warnings of what the consequences of breaking those rules will bennWe are required to pay all utilities including water and sewer which adds at least 50 to our rent My electric bill is almost 100 on level pay To me this is not affordable housingnnMany of us have had work orders in for more than a year but have never had them taken care of We get notice of inspections that never take place so we stay in to accommodate management but no one comes During winter weather situations with ice and snow our sidewalks ice up but NEVER get cleared or even salted It is a lawsuit waiting to happennnWe have a resident who is verbally abusive and who violate others privacy but nothing is done about them Weve even had one resident who suffered this verbal abuse and bullying to the point where she had a heart attack and died The resident is still here and still bullying other residents with impunitynnI would move if I could but am on a small fixed income so cannot afford it I do not recommend this complex to anyone especially a senior citizen more ... hide ...

Very nice apartments peaceful bus stop close I just come to visit my girlfriend she lives here At least her place is really nice Has a little playground and picnic area for your kids and family Not really a problem finding parking Another bonus is if you like to sing the apartments are built outside in a way that they have great acoustics I really like this 2019-11-01T12:04:21Z
