This company is trash the management staff Pam in the office and Christine the regional manager is trash and isnt concerned about the safety and well being of their tenants They dont uphold their end of the contracts Please save yourself a headache and go elsewhere

Took my mother 62who is looking for an apartment to the Laurel Park Apartments today bc we heard it was very nice and decently priced After we drove through the property and excited about what we saw we decided to pull up to the leasing office and inquire within My mom grabs her mask and heads for the door She knocks and knocks with two lady staff literally standing right inside the door talking and laughing amongst themselves never acknowledged my mother standing there My moms steps back a little and looks at a sign on the door that reads By appointment only No walk ins we dont respond to knocking mind you my mom needed to put her glasses on to read the sign And yes she missed the sign at first glance We dont live here She proceeded to head back to the car She said they could at least acknowledged that I was standing there seeing the fact that they were standing right there at the door I could even understand it if u were helping another customer but to just ignore a potential tenant or just a person period Asking u to have a LITTLE customer service is that too much The grounds were nice but seeing the unprofessionalism of the leasing office let us know all we needed to know We WILL PASSnnNOTE TO UPPER MANAGEMENTnWHO YOU HAVE IN YOUR LEASING OFFICE IS THE FIRST IMPRESSION OF YOUR COMMUNITY AND TO FUTURE TENETS more ... hide ...
