This place used to be a decent place to live until Sarah went on leave and this new lady came in and let a bunch of drunks and crackheads in the building We have random drunks walking through the halls at night with police chasing after them Homeless people INSIDE the building because the doors are always propped open leaving no security Music blasting at mi 2018-12-22T11:40:34Z
This place used to be a decent place to live until Sarah went on leave and this new lady came in and let a bunch of drunks and crackheads in the building We have random drunks walking through the halls at night with police chasing after them Homeless people INSIDE the building because the doors are always propped open leaving no security Music blasting at midnight multiple times a week The building is also UNSAFE It is dirty it reeks theres a hole in the hallway ceiling the laundry room floor is always soaking wet from the malfunctioning laundry machines Not to mention there was a fire and it was no fault of the tenants There were gang signs spray painted on the front doors Do NOT rent here It is unsafe and not worth your money at all more ... hide ...

I was blown away by my experience at the Livestock Exchange BuildingnnOur experience started out strong from day one of touring the Livestock The space feels grand and lives up to the timeless appeal Not to mention it was more budgetfriendly than any other downtownmidtown venue we toured which is a huge plus as wedding costs can get out of hand so quickly and to be able to save a few thousand dollars on the venue cost was amazing The venue is conveniently located off the Kennedy Freeway and was quick drive from our hotel in BlackstonennWe were so excited for our food tasting and it did not disappoint Brandeis Catering does all the food and they were willing to make adjustments to fit our tastes Lets just say they pulled out all the stops for our food tasting We decided to go more upscale plated dinner but I felt no matter the budget they had options available for younnJoe was extremely accommodating to all our requests We were able to get in early to set everything up and Joe was there to assist us with everything we needed It was great as the bride to get a sneak peek of the space before anyone elsennThe wedding party arrived right at the end of the cocktail hour and the staff had extra hors doeuvres set aside for us to enjoy at the head table They were delicious more ... hide ...

I lived here for two years and it was a very lovely place The building itself is historic and still maintains its charm in the lobby The units themselves are somewhat in need of updating from the 90s but overall the place is a good value for its location Maintenance was always quick to act on issues and the office staff was always friendly The only reason fo 2019-07-11T17:44:43Z
