I have never had a problem until Yesterday No hot water I called them they came and thought it was fixed to my surprise it wasnt I call again we need a new water valve However they dont have any on hand They remove one from a vacant unit Guy comes back to install it We now have hot water in kitchen and bathroom sink but not in the shower We have warm water

My dad lives here what a great place Apartments are small but very well designed and exceptionally clean when you move in They have doctors and health professionals that visit regularly They also have a bus service that will take you directly from the property to the grocery store and a number of other destinations nearby Its very quiet and agerestricted but

I cannot rate the place since the office manager wouldnt show me the apartments She Althea is her name and she insisted that I show her proof of income before Im shown the apartments for rent She wouldnt tell me what the lease agreement states unless I come up with a paper document stating my income I told her that all of these proofs are in my phone eg soci
