I have lived in Sunrise Palms senior section for four months It feels safe other tenants are nice complex is gated always clean maintenance department is always present the manager is pleasant although COVID has made it hard to interact much My unit is beautiful 2 bedrooms with one bath stack washer dryer dishwasher etc Best part is that the utility bills 2021-04-27T17:51:16Z

This department complex is always beautifully cleaned and decorated The maintenance personnel is very nice and friendly Ms Vicky from the office is very attentive to everyone and is very kind Ive noticed a fantastic change in the overall look of the complex since the new supervisor Yosbel came to work here Hes very friendly and always has a smile on his fac 2020-05-22T22:25:36Z

WOW 1800 or a 1 bedroom 600 sq ft really for seniors you can rent a house in a nicer neighborhood in Vegas Lindell Charleston is nothing special the property is nice but the rents are insane now all over town but this is so out of line there are nicer apts not maybe senior but 1400 that is in great areas very disappointed in the rent just think after 2022-10-19T22:38:49Z

I moved to Ridge falls apartments on end of April and thought it was going to be a great place to live I was wrong the washer was not working and they would come and just move the buttons around like 4 times I struggle with that until one of the coworkers told me if you dont want to struggle buy your own washer which I did and they told me that I couldnt dis 2022-08-31T14:06:50Z
I moved to Ridge falls apartments on end of April and thought it was going to be a great place to live I was wrong the washer was not working and they would come and just move the buttons around like 4 times I struggle with that until one of the coworkers told me if you dont want to struggle buy your own washer which I did and they told me that I couldnt discount it from the rent that it was my choice then the air from the bathroom is leaking they only come and dry it which is doing nothing 3 the neighbors downstairs had a leak and he reported to the office and they came did a hole on my bathroom wall and tell me if they have came to close it but there good on charging rent Dont come live at this apartments if you dont want to struggle with management this arent great place to live I rated 0 stars but had to put 1 star more ... hide ...
