Very bad customer service All agents transfer you to other agents that never answers Many agents told me that Shawana Carrol is the person whos in charge of my case and gave me her number and said shes the only one whos in charge of my case I called her more than 30 different times for about a month or more and not only that she never picked up her phone but she also doesnt return calls after 20 different voicemails that I left What the point of this voice mail if she doesnt return calls After so many agents left her a note to call me and after I complained to her supervisor and to other agents she finally call back and she has the audacity to ask me why am I telling everyone about her and why do I lie to them about her Wow Instead of apologizing and sorry I couldnt answer or return calls she asking me why am I telling everyone about her Well because they all directed me to you Do your jobnWorse employee of the year Cant believe someone even hire something like this Shame that people work in Nevada offices and think they have power and can do what ever they want Because of her I missed the due date of what I need more ... hide ...

My cousin just moved here and already having problems First it took them forever to fix the dryer It took for her to ask for the head people phone number just for them to finally send someone out The stove is old and greasy Then they tell her that the drop box wasnt a garentee and if they dont get it it will still fall on herSo when she went to pay her rent 2022-07-09T21:17:43Z

This Pavilion has a lot of great places There are at least 4 different fast food options Theres a dollar store smoke shop Jackson Hewitt Planet Fitness dollar loan center etc It pinned me here for the watering hole right next to the Carls Jr facing Sahara We refill our 5 gallon water bottles here for 150 ea with 2 places to fill up The machine does take a d 2022-10-14T01:13:47Z

I have never had a problem until Yesterday No hot water I called them they came and thought it was fixed to my surprise it wasnt I call again we need a new water valve However they dont have any on hand They remove one from a vacant unit Guy comes back to install it We now have hot water in kitchen and bathroom sink but not in the shower We have warm water 2020-10-20T15:32:21Z

My dad lives here what a great place Apartments are small but very well designed and exceptionally clean when you move in They have doctors and health professionals that visit regularly They also have a bus service that will take you directly from the property to the grocery store and a number of other destinations nearby Its very quiet and agerestricted but 2018-08-25T15:33:45Z

I cannot rate the place since the office manager wouldnt show me the apartments She Althea is her name and she insisted that I show her proof of income before Im shown the apartments for rent She wouldnt tell me what the lease agreement states unless I come up with a paper document stating my income I told her that all of these proofs are in my phone eg soci 2022-01-03T21:45:54Z
