Very bad customer service All agents transfer you to other agents that never answers Many agents told me that Shawana Carrol is the person whos in charge of my case and gave me her number and said shes the only one whos in charge of my case I called her more than 30 different times for about a month or more and not only that she never picked up her phone but she also doesnt return calls after 20 different voicemails that I left What the point of this voice mail if she doesnt return calls After so many agents left her a note to call me and after I complained to her supervisor and to other agents she finally call back and she has the audacity to ask me why am I telling everyone about her and why do I lie to them about her Wow Instead of apologizing and sorry I couldnt answer or return calls she asking me why am I telling everyone about her Well because they all directed me to you Do your jobnWorse employee of the year Cant believe someone even hire something like this Shame that people work in Nevada offices and think they have power and can do what ever they want Because of her I missed the due date of what I need

My cousin just moved here and already having problems First it took them forever to fix the dryer It took for her to ask for the head people phone number just for them to finally send someone out The stove is old and greasy Then they tell her that the drop box wasnt a garentee and if they dont get it it will still fall on herSo when she went to pay her rent
