Worst place to live You got homeless people camping on both sides of the building homeless people getting stabbed 100 ft away high rent people breaking into cars management is never in the office NO ACCESS TO INTERNET they claim they have a provider but when you pay the website always glitches out so you can never make a payment no cable jacks no phone jacks walls are bo insulated no vent in the whole apartment so its always super humid and muggy that says a lot for dry Vegas My girl has been living here for over a year and I cant wait till her new lease with increased rent is up Its not a safe area they never have security they claim they have Never seen a guard here even once Staff is never on their jobs always sending out notices for you to sign documents on things you already did numerous amounts of times then when called out on it they refuse any accountability No use to have anybody here in the office if they cant do their jobs I remember seeing a homeless man walk right into the pool area and just jump in with everything he was wearing You would think with the renovations they would have at least multiple options for a source of internet but its like they are living in the 50s again more ... hide ...

I have been living here for a little over 9 months I love it here The apartments are very roomy lots of storage never have a problem finding a parking space It would be nice if it was gated though Most of the people that live here are very nice There are a few that need to mind their own business There is a maintenance guy that does live on sight They should 2020-06-18T21:44:43Z
I have been living here for a little over 9 months I love it here The apartments are very roomy lots of storage never have a problem finding a parking space It would be nice if it was gated though Most of the people that live here are very nice There are a few that need to mind their own business There is a maintenance guy that does live on sight They should however have all the people that have a hard time walking and use the scooters or walkers live on the first floor There are people that have lived here since the place has opened The bldg is secure If you dont live here you have to call the person you are coming to see on the phone and they buzz you in Great place to live Office staff are very nice more ... hide ...
