I am reading reviews from a lot of people stating that this is a horrible place to live I am not sure if we are living in the same complex at this point This place is not bad I have lived here for over a year and I honestly have no complaints other than people dumpster diving here The online payment system works perfectly fine contrary to what someone else had stated previously that is how I pay my rent every month Every time I needed maintenance to fix something in my unit they replace it same day even though they technically have 24 hours to resolve issue Staff has always been friendly to me Treat others the way you want to be treated people

Yall please dont move into these woodcreek apartments PLEASE They do not fix anything here for MONTHS but will kick somebody out in 3 days Theres a water leak on our ceiling thats been leaking for months And these apartments is roachbed bugs infested the only thing they care about fixing is the front area and the pool just to make it seem like these apartmen

I have lived in Sunrise Palms senior section for four months It feels safe other tenants are nice complex is gated always clean maintenance department is always present the manager is pleasant although COVID has made it hard to interact much My unit is beautiful 2 bedrooms with one bath stack washer dryer dishwasher etc Best part is that the utility bills
