I lived at cottonwood village for just over a year I am a veteran and am a part of the HUDVASH program My assessment of the apt is it was large and adequate The carpet should have been replaced 10 years earlier and despite repeated requests to replace it as well as having someone fix the toilet they never were addressed in the year I was there The manager Ke 2021-05-26T20:38:37Z
I lived at cottonwood village for just over a year I am a veteran and am a part of the HUDVASH program My assessment of the apt is it was large and adequate The carpet should have been replaced 10 years earlier and despite repeated requests to replace it as well as having someone fix the toilet they never were addressed in the year I was there The manager Kelly is an overbearing person with a God complex and if you are in any way someone she doesnt like she will hound you relentlessly The management company she works for is just as bad as the back up her lies and as was my experience will go to extreme measures to evict you even going as far as to lie on the eviction paperwork as presented to the judge and slander and defame my good name I won in the eviction case and finally left choosing instead to be homeless due to the managements disregard for my privacy and the way they simply bend rules to fit their agenda I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy If you are considering a move here you are asking for trouble more ... hide ...

I wanted to take a minute to say THANK YOU to Melissa We have lived there for 2 years and enjoyed the last manager and the new manager Melissa I am handicapped and have to move as I cannot get upstairs anymore but my apartment is huge and I will miss it alot A few things were never fixed but I know with COVID it was so hard for the staff and playing catch up 2022-05-16T22:03:32Z
