I have lived here for almost 5 years seen this place go through never really good times but has gotten better in certain areas but what has always lacked is proper management none of the issues addressed by the tenants or ever shown even the slightest bit of concern or empathy The building is old they charge twice as much as what its worth and just slap a co 2022-02-25T22:28:04Z
I have lived here for almost 5 years seen this place go through never really good times but has gotten better in certain areas but what has always lacked is proper management none of the issues addressed by the tenants or ever shown even the slightest bit of concern or empathy The building is old they charge twice as much as what its worth and just slap a coat of paint over just a crumbling building I have held my tongue on this place for so long there is some decent staff members that work here but the management is really bad I have had about 10 to 15 packages go missing and I basically get shoulder shrugs I cannot get reliable mail or I live and I cant get anybody to care about it so I will be pursuing other avenues create a voice more ... hide ...

I live at River Place It is a quiet and peaceful place to liveThe manager and maintenance staff are friendly courteous and quick to get things fixed The apartments are very nice insideFor a senior the bathroom with shower handrails and a spacious tub are a delight the entire complex has the most amazing and beautiful photographic art on all the hallwaysThe 2018-09-18T21:08:39Z
