Austin Crest is horrible I have lived here for 9 years If something is broken it will take filing a claim several times they wont do anything until you get mad at them You have to fight them to get every request done They even held up my mail for 2 months illegally kept promising to get it fixed to no avail In the meantime I lost my daughters University ap
