DO NOT I repeat DO NOT rent here Ive had THE WORST experience here They said they would have my apartment ready on June 30th it wasnt turns out not gonna be ready for months The one they decided to put me in I cant take a shower comfortably I told them that before I moved in the manager said shed have it fixed before I moved in also there are nails sticking out of the cabinets and they charge a insane amount of money for damages so i refuse to do anything without their maintenance mind you i have a child that likes to get into everything and its IMPOSSIBLE to keep an eye on your kid 247 and thats what they told me to do They didnt do a walk through with me And there are roaches here They would know that if they had done a real walk through Now Im just freaking out having the worst time of my life and it just started more ... hide ...

We schedule an appointment for showing I called on Monday and our appointment was for today When we got there the lady at the front desk told us that she rented the townhouse we went to go see She was very unprofessional and kind of rude She didnt even call to tell us that she had rented it out She rented it out yesterday I have never gone to a place so unpr 2016-05-19T17:17:02Z

Called this place this past Friday and asked what I need to apply Im told 25 app fee and 200 security deposit I get down there and then Im told I need to have income proof I come back today with everything after paying for the background check they call me on the phone saying they have income restrictions you have to have 2x the rent as income I asked why di 2017-12-06T05:14:50Z

Ive lived on the property for 2 years now the property is nice most of the tenants are nice friendly The ladies in the office have always been nice and helpful to me We enjoy the amenities laundry room pool w gazebos and a BBQ area a workout room play ground and dog poop bagstrash can stations through out the property which my 2 dogschihuahua boxerpitty 2022-05-18T16:41:03Z
