This place is by far one of the worst places in reno They take forever to fix things And constantly turn the water off with no warning The office never answers calls I had to harass them for at least an hour with calls before they picked up We let them know about a crack in the ceiling and they said they cant do anything about it A few months later it starte 2022-06-14T21:59:18Z
This place is by far one of the worst places in reno They take forever to fix things And constantly turn the water off with no warning The office never answers calls I had to harass them for at least an hour with calls before they picked up We let them know about a crack in the ceiling and they said they cant do anything about it A few months later it started to leak in 4 different places They never fixed it Our ac also began leaking tons of water they never fixed that either Parking is terrible If you work late or go out after 5 youre going to end up parking far away on the streets Theres a bunch of unsupervised kids running around causing damages and they dont carennThey fix things up Which is really just painting over things Even then Our place was not move in ready The walls had so many holds unpainted plaster and it was filthy I even found a BANDAID in our hallway shower when we moved innnThe biggest issue was the mold They did not care We told them about it 2 times By the time we got tired of them and moved out it had token over both bathrooms and the master bedroom window And Im certain all they did was paint over it for the new tenantsnnI also had to have a blanket covering the bottom of the front door because there was at least a 3 inch gap that let in the cold and the smell of cigarets into our housennThe bathrooms were painted over The shower tub and even the stove were fully painted over Do not rent here Save yourself the head ache more ... hide ...

The Silver Sage was my home about 8 years it was difficult to see some wonderful friends and neighbors pass away during this time But feel grateful to have gotten to know them Silver Sage is great Rent is fair with HUD available for fixed income Seniors I would of given 5 stars but they need more Disabled parking and electronic front Door

Really cute apartment complex tenants complain how dirty this place is and how it needs maintenance But wont Clean after themselves They trash their OWN building they live in and blame the maintenance Ive live here for only two months and I know the problem is some people who dont care to do a little tlc around their home Lazy I dont mind cleaning or disinf 2022-06-07T04:38:18Z
