I currently live in one of the Buildings 1289 St Johns Place and let me tell you it sucks living here Almost eveyone smokes weed and it seems like nothing is ever done I have complained to neighbors frequently about partying and talking loudly while playing their music but not changes have been seen This buidling has become an unexpected drug building and I 2013-11-30T06:35:24Z

Very nice and safe place to live just a block away from the subwaybusstores and Prospect Park nYou have to sign in to enter with the guard at the front desk we have a social worker with her doors invitingly open to tenants this is a building for seniors and disabled individuals owned by Chatholic Charities
