Blue Horizon did not response to a water emergency on 94 Called several times and the young lady could not get in contact with the maintenance crew She called left messages and emailed them Whomever was on call was off the clock tonight My mothers apartment is severely damaged due to lack of response from the management crew from Blue Horizon Inlivian needs

You can hear neighbors through wall On top of you stomping and even talking Nice inside but they definitely didnt install insulation between units No pets allowed no smoking But dogs are still there Ants are coming through windows and doors due to them not sealing holes Make sure you meet your neighbors before moving in and signing lease I have a 3 bedroom I

I went by these apartments about a couple of days ago and I can honestly say I like the layout I didnt go through the entire complex but from what I could see they are very nice and well put together The office itself is a site to see its clean and beautiful in there everything is organized and clear They are close to anything you need including the highway

I went by these apartments about a couple of days ago and I can honestly say I like the layout I didnt go through the entire complex but from what I could see they are very nice and well put together The office itself is a site to see its clean and beautiful in there everything is organized and clear They are close to anything you need including the highway When I spoke to Ms Nika on the phone she was definitely knowledgeable and professional when it came to answering my questions Most managers wont tell you the truth because their just trying to get people in not her she was very honest about the wait list and how long the wait list is and even still may be due to high demand I appreciate her for that Her kindness and loving vibration warmed me right up and even though I wont be moving in these apartments I still would like to thank Ms Nika for being so graciously helpful
