I moved here a little over a year ago such a charming place Im so disappointed by the company that took over from changing the charming name of cobblestone to sounding like a place where chickens are kept to the hideous color that they chose to change the complex to all awful and take from the charm of what was here they seem to be hell bent on turning the place on its head they removed trees and renovated the entry to the office which looks awful and rumor has it this company does not do right for their employees I wouldnt suggest moving here to support what they are doing to this place the only upside now is that it is still a quiet place to live if you wanted to work on providing a better experiencenmaybe repave the roads to clean it up and repaint all of the parking I find the lines difficult to see and I have good eyes also maybe make more common places for pets Staff is always super friendly otherwise Its very sad to see it so downhill and more sad to say I will not be renewing my lease when the time comes

Who knew a visit to a friend for the first time would cost me 200 Well it did Visited with a friend for the first time at the apartment and parked near her building Saw a sign at the entrance that said parking permits were required I have never needed a parking permit to VISIT before and if I did here that SHOULD have been clearly stated There are NO spa

Who knew a visit to a friend for the first time would cost me 200 Well it did Visited with a friend for the first time at the apartment and parked near her building Saw a sign at the entrance that said parking permits were required I have never needed a parking permit to VISIT before and if I did here that SHOULD have been clearly stated There are NO spaces labeled for visitors anywhere in the parking lot and NO CLEAR description of where VISITORS should park When I came out to go home my car was gone After a few frantic calls I found out that my car had been towed by Brownies Towing and I needed to pay 200 in a matter of minutes or the price would go up This is the worst display of community and welcoming that I have ever seen And it should be illegal to tow someones car for parking in an area that is not very clearly labeled for people who dont live there

The apartments themselves are nice but my unit had a lot of unacceptable problems The carpet was stained in multiple places including BLACK spots in the master bedroom Even after they sent a professional to come and clean it none of the stains were removed The baseboards were DISGUSTING and no amount of scrubbing and cleaning that I did helped The corners in

The apartments themselves are nice but my unit had a lot of unacceptable problems The carpet was stained in multiple places including BLACK spots in the master bedroom Even after they sent a professional to come and clean it none of the stains were removed The baseboards were DISGUSTING and no amount of scrubbing and cleaning that I did helped The corners in the master bathroom were damaged and blackened Worst of all there was a ROACH infestation in the kitchen I was moved into this unit with this infestation and when I contacted them about another round of pest control as 1 is not enough for a ROACH INFESTATION they tried to charge me They did agree that there would be no charge once I reminded them this was a issue present when I moved in but I dont think I should have even had to do that I had the allinclusive utility package and there was one morning where the power was out for a short period of time due to West Parks failure to pay the electricity company I called Lumbee myself to see what was going on and they said that West Park hadnt paid their billnAlso I was flat out LIED to by the older lady that assisted me on my movein day I was told that I had 1 day to complete the movein check list and note any damages and that if I didnt have it back in they would consider the apartment in perfect condition and I could be charged for every little issue at moveout Upon further review of my LEASE it stated I had a week to complete the form This is concerning and unacceptablenAdditionally there were so many emails and notices about things that residents would be fined for it was ridiculous It came off as very money hungry in full disclosure I was never fined but I didnt appreciate getting so many emails about potential fines I would not recommend living here at all

I wish I wouldve kept on looking instead of deciding to rent here When I got here the old company Monarch at Liberty Pointe was here they were polite any issue I had was resolved instantaneously pool was kept up as well as gym The laundry room only issue was that people would leave their clothes in the washer or dryer and take forever to come back for them I

I wish I wouldve kept on looking instead of deciding to rent here When I got here the old company Monarch at Liberty Pointe was here they were polite any issue I had was resolved instantaneously pool was kept up as well as gym The laundry room only issue was that people would leave their clothes in the washer or dryer and take forever to come back for them Its been under new management for a little over a month probably and its already going downhill some of my neighbors who have been here 5 years rent is going up without notice constantly have to put in work orders because now they act like they have to get contractors to come in and do the work which before maintenance tried to fix your issues and did a pretty good job My apartment and others that Ive talked to are steady having issues with their air conditioning When I first walked in this apartment to view it it looked actually decent came back to bring my stuff and start doing a light wipe down and noticed the carpet werent cleaned dog hair EVERYWHERE windows doors walls BASEBOARDS everything had dog hair Even the kitchen in the cabinets I have tried the whole time Ive lived here to get that dog hair out and I cant Its matted into the carpet and STUCK in the paint of the baseboards and walls Which takes me to the paint its horrible do not dare try to clean your walls That rough cheap paint will come right off Which I know these things come from last Management and reflect on their cheap ways of keeping up the apartments But now that a new company is here they need to start focusing on these apartments as well and doing something about our complaints For three weeks there was constantly trash built up at the trash compactor to where you had to climb over trash to put your trash in a semi empty compactor WHY IS THERE A CAMERA AT THE TRASH IF YOU ARENT GOING TO IDENTIFY OFFENDERS The pool started always being locked the gate to the gym and laundry room started being locked all the time used to be open at night the car wash is NOT a car wash Its a parking spot at the back of the property and doesnt even have a hose pipe attached to it The clubhouse never has events or food for the community anymore And people from the apartments next door has cut a hole in the fence to come over to our pool even when our pool is locked you can hear them out there Also in the past month Ive started seeing crackheads and TWO prostitues Also my neighbors car got broke into Im sick of it Im not paying 800 for this type of environment So yes I broke my lease to leave but I refuse to put my hard earned money into what this place is becoming The perks to staying here arent being kept up so basically all you have is an apartment The gym equipment doesnt even work properly One of my neighbors got so tired of waiting for them to do something about his POOR carpet that he took it up bought some out of his pocket and put it down before he moved his stuff in Its sad Instead of going up on price bring it down New management has a lot of improvements to do before them apartments are worth the money I hate that I even wasted my time here Oh and it has BAD ROACHES EVERYWHERE parking lot balcony mine is cracking btw your apartment Also there is mold under the kitchen flooring that shows through on mine and a lady who lives out here that I talked to and seen it myself If you want to live somewhere that any issue to bring to the attention of someone they put it off on YOU being wrong and then doing a damn good job of making you feel like you have no right to complain then welcome home to Carver Falls Im telling you if you dont want to waste your money and you want the amenities that is listed on the website then dont come here also if you do come and look at an apartment where shoes that you dont mind stepping in dog waste with Because its everywhere Dogs arent on leashes half the time one is giant German Shepard theres a hunting dog that tries to attack anyone he sees
