Worse place Ive ever lived no generator when lights goes out its sick people who live here old pipes old everything They slap cheap paint on the walls cheap carpet on the floor call it remodeled They have this old nasty carpet in the hallways that hold odors you wouldnt believe elevators brake down every other day They went up on the washing but no improvements to the machines were made you go to use them they dont work they even had the nerve to take the change machine away Forget about sleep you hear everything from outside to your neighbors nextdoor across from you above down the hall Security is a joke all they do is monitor the front lobby let you in garage theres no walking the floors making sure everything is safe We had stabbings fires child abuse drugs junkies people who died in here I dont like that they send out threatening letters either instead of having an adult dialect with the tenants I dont know who the owner of this place is its a shame because all they care about is their banking accounts We slip up on our rent they want to kick you out no matter the circumstances This building change management firms like I change my underwear but there is still no improvement in those whom they employ If it was up to me everyone would have to go I put people in place who would get the job done correctly the first time no excuses I gave 1 star because its the lowest you can give on this thing The rent is way too high I dont care if is downtown its an over priced rat hole Im not going to get started on the pest in this place Roaches the size of half of a paper dollar Terrible We cant even use the our garbage chute after 4 it doesnt open until 730 most working people are gone by then so they have to let trash pile up in their apartment guess who gets a fail inspection more ... hide ...

I wanted to be placed on a wait list and expected a usual routine of coming for an appointment answering questions and filling an application by hand But I was pleasantly surprised On KD website I was able to do everything online uploaded a photo of my drivers license and pdf of my bank statement both filled in and signed the application electronically from 2022-06-03T06:33:39Z
I wanted to be placed on a wait list and expected a usual routine of coming for an appointment answering questions and filling an application by hand But I was pleasantly surprised On KD website I was able to do everything online uploaded a photo of my drivers license and pdf of my bank statement both filled in and signed the application electronically from the comfort of my home It took about half an hour or so Didnt tour an apartment yet but I have lived in KD owned apartments before and I know for a fact that they take care of their apartment buildings Beats me why everybody else will have you do all this in person Cmon now its the 21st century after all Kudos to KD I totally enjoyed the procress of filling in an application online more ... hide ...

I gave this apartments 2 stars just because I live in this building for 14 years and am nostalgic about good times here that long gonenbecause of awful management local and regional We lived without maintenance for a long time and sometimes without heat 25 F outside no hot water for days leaking roof and windows leacking for days taps botched by unapt maint 2022-03-19T20:15:45Z
I gave this apartments 2 stars just because I live in this building for 14 years and am nostalgic about good times here that long gonenbecause of awful management local and regional We lived without maintenance for a long time and sometimes without heat 25 F outside no hot water for days leaking roof and windows leacking for days taps botched by unapt maintanences and so on Building slowly starting fall apart and it didnt bother authorities And we have multiple cell stations on the roof Lately there were some good changes like new maintenence and some shuffling antennas on the roof but the building needs a lot of attention and repairs more ... hide ...
