I turned in my application while under the understanding that I would be on the 4th floor was told as though I had the place and was given all of the move in information however I was rejected and they never returned my calls The reasons that they claim I was rejected for are non existent I want to know what they were looking at because none of the reasons or reason listed were me or the son I had on the application with me I wanted them to send or show me what they saw as to why however no call has ever come in I can prove that the information they reviewed is not me I jumped through hoops to get my identity fixed after someone had stolen it but they seem to not even give me the time of day now This is not how you do business with people more ... hide ...

Nice building quiet clean nice staffpretty good on maintaining building regular inspections on bugs and rodents Ive been here five years and I have no complaints

If I could give this building no stars I would DO NOT MOVE HERE They constantly dont have hot water or heat in general cockroaches huge roaches bed bugs and rats The elevators are ALWAYS broken down The shower ceilings have caved in twice in multiple apartments it took management 3 months to address the issue let alone fix the ceiling they never repaired the 2018-10-28T13:46:29Z

This plant they got in the lobby at St Clair Place need some attention Plus they are very rude and so unprofessional Somebody need address people necessities or essentials to lives and they dont
