The building is very secure but St Vincent de Paul owns it and sometimes their rules are not exactly straight when it comes to somebody visiting you two meals or the longest you can have visitors or one overnight and that dont make sense to me

I have lived here 6 years Sometimes there are things like painting and pressure washing that are noisy Peeps at work dont hear it I like my neighbors Responsible with landscape and lawabiding issues Sometimes close proximity to private cars could be a concern Whats perfect Units are spacious Clean and kept up with maintenance

The apartment its self is great Management is ok A lot of the neighbors are terrible people They like to cause drama and make my life a living hell Management wont help me with that psrt Everything else is okay
