Im guessing that some of these reviews are from people who in no way lived here this is one of my favorite places Ive ever lived People are so nice the apartment is amazing and The way the campus is set up is so comfortable and aesthetically pleasing Cant think of anything negative to say about it whatsoever

This is by far the worst managed Rental property I have ever gone through After over two months of waiting for a home that was promised to me the day before I was supposed to get my keys they told me that I was over income They went off my highest paystub from March instead of what I normally make My boss was going to write them a letter they would not excep 2021-08-03T02:31:21Z
This is by far the worst managed Rental property I have ever gone through After over two months of waiting for a home that was promised to me the day before I was supposed to get my keys they told me that I was over income They went off my highest paystub from March instead of what I normally make My boss was going to write them a letter they would not except it For two months Two whole months I rented Air BBs and stayed with friends I was in constant contact with the manager Leslie Everything was set in stone and everything was promised When all of this came up Leslie just ignored me I would call an email trying to get the situation figured out and Leslie ignored me She didnt have the guts to tell me herself that I didnt get the duplex Even though I fit the income criteria they denied me I would highly recommend going somewhere else Unless you wanna be screwed by Leslie and her staff more ... hide ...

This is a terrible complex they wont fix things that are broken or in need of repair they took out the playground not very kid friendly for a family apartment also lots of police activity management is never available things get stolen from your porch and because there is no on site management they say its not there problem make sure your home when you have 2022-11-17T20:22:50Z
This is a terrible complex they wont fix things that are broken or in need of repair they took out the playground not very kid friendly for a family apartment also lots of police activity management is never available things get stolen from your porch and because there is no on site management they say its not there problem make sure your home when you have a delivery it would definitely be a place to not rent from also when you try to contact anyone in authority to file a complaint its impossible to get a hold of anybody I have never seen such an unorganized management system so in short this is an apartment complex or rental company that I would avoid at all cost more ... hide ...
