These are nice apartments but the neighborhood isnt the safest A shoot out this past week and the new company that took over is slow There are people with no air conditioning that has kids on a daily they still wont fix it My auntie has not had her air fixed in almost over a week Its time to call WIS News they owe her at least a month free of rent for the 2022-04-05T02:33:10Z

I moved down here from NY and have been here over a year and its decent I dont like that they always switch hands on who owns the property because I end up having to wait longer to get things fixed For the most part they are small things I live in the front of the complex so a lot of mischief is avoided However I do feel they should do better with their rule 2022-02-20T00:22:54Z

Ive been living here 9 months its a beautiful place buti have had problems with my lights bulbs after the 1st month and was told I am responsible to replace them This is a issue to memy light over my stove went out and was replaced with a faulty light because it went out in two weeksthe kitchen light is blinking nowi have a total of 6 lights out againthe 2017-06-04T20:01:25Z
