Horrible I really need to find somewhere else to live They never fix anything as asked I had a fire in March because the wires were not up to date in my air and heat unit now my power bill is high because they only cleaned the unit out and put the same one in that caught fire And is now leaking all over my floors causing mold in three closets and noone has f 2016-07-28T18:28:33Z

Close to 9 years my wife I figured the Summit would be the place to live out OUR LIVES Dec30 2022 our lease was terminated nothing relating to policy restrictions Management have evicted more Black residents because of her discriminating ways My wife I are being turned down at places to get a place to live because of the BAD reference coming from the Summi 2023-03-04T14:12:59Z

Tried for months to offer our services to clean this place up but to no avail Violence and other illegal activity continues Bad thing about it is that our services would have been free for this complex since we are always in the area My boss told me to leave them be I worry about the kids there growing up around drugs and gang violence
