I lived at this property 3 yrs ago I must say its not the best place to live if you want a normal life of freedom Especially if you work full time and have children this place has no play area for the children they do inspections every 23 months you have no privacy in the home youre paying rent at They have this guest policy and parking policy which is ridiculous its like living in prison just because you get assistance doesnt mean you have to be treated like scum They print peoples names and birthdays in the news letter isnt that a invasion of privacy what if I dont want my name in the newspaper isnt that against the law to publish something without a persons permission I encourage anyone that has a job to just pay rent somewhere no place is worth you living in and paying rent without having your freedom more ... hide ...

I put some pictures on here that I was dealing with I have videos of leaking problems I had bugs then Porsche did an inspection on the apartment told me to send the pictures that I had since I moved in to their email I sent them in and when I moved out half of the pictures that I sent in they use them to make it seem like did it I didnt do the walk through t 2022-04-04T21:11:16Z
I put some pictures on here that I was dealing with I have videos of leaking problems I had bugs then Porsche did an inspection on the apartment told me to send the pictures that I had since I moved in to their email I sent them in and when I moved out half of the pictures that I sent in they use them to make it seem like did it I didnt do the walk through those were the pictures that they took they charged me 100 and something dollars to take out a coffee table and two end tables in a ottersman I had holes in the wall from maintenance that never fixed it I had leaks when it rain outside it comes in from my front window from the wall or something like that it was bugs in there big spiders the doors werent new the back blinds werent new they came out of somebody elses apartment the bathroom sink kept leaking cause when they finally came to fix my bathroom they didnt fix my sink back right the water in the tub it was black stuff coming out of itthe bedroom door and my sons room hinges was loose it fell off and they charging me for things that I knw I didnt do Ok about the table set and ottersman but Im not paying for something I didnt do Porsche wrong cause she did it before she left the property and because I didnt do a walk through I wish I did These are the worst apartments I ever stayed in moving from GA a whole nother state They need to do better than they gave me corporates number and Ive been leaving messages and still havent got a response I believe its the wrong number I wouldnt recommend these apartments to nobody more ... hide ...
