This is a great place to live It is a safe peaceful apartment complex with absolutely beautiful landscaping The management in the office Erin Dawn and the maintenance team out here is always very friendly professional and helpful Any issue Ive ever had with my apartment was always quickly addressed and resolved Ive lived here for almost 2yrs now and if I 2021-02-15T04:31:55Z
This is a great place to live It is a safe peaceful apartment complex with absolutely beautiful landscaping The management in the office Erin Dawn and the maintenance team out here is always very friendly professional and helpful Any issue Ive ever had with my apartment was always quickly addressed and resolved Ive lived here for almost 2yrs now and if I had to do it all over again find a place to stay I would still choose to live in Crescent Landing This apartment complex is not the projects or ghetto And yes we the tenants are given more than a 24hr notice about when an inspection will be or when maintenance will enter our home Just be happy to know that if you put in a work order the maintenance man will show up knocking at your door that SAME DAY or next day to do the repair Also be happy to know that Pest Control comes out to the apartment complex once each week or every other week to provide pest control to any tenant that has notified the office that they need it and about once every 6mths all apartments get sprayed I thank God for such a safe peaceful and happy environment here that I can call home And yes I have kids that live here and weve never had a problem with them playing safely outside Oh and the city bus stop is about a 1 block away walk if you need it more ... hide ...

Its true about staff being ghetto They dont care if you have kids theyll put you above old people who complain about every noise and gossip together wont try to compensate you like youre low and theyre so high and mighty Im so glad Im finally gone and living somewhere much better away from sc period Had to leave a much deserved review as Id been planning to 2016-08-16T02:29:37Z

Nice apartment complex in a good location Just moved to Greenville and this is the best value for quality Smooth movein during COVID times very quiet and safe neighborhoodnnNew management has been putting their money with their mouth is by renovating and restoring this property
