RUN Currently live here and regret every second of it Moved in a year ago and from the start my unit has falling apart and no one bothers to fix anything There is water damage around the floor of every room downstairs The bathroom door doesnt even close or lock Whoever lived in this unit before me clearly had kids as there are drawings on the walls so Im guessing they didnt even bother painting before I moved in The management changes so often you lose track of who even works here Now lets move on to other people who live here Not even a month here and I watched as some guy got jumped by a huge group of people right in front of the buildings and no one did anything Then a week after that a mother was jumped by her neighbor and spent a few days in the hospital A lot of people here also have dogs which you wouldnt think of as a bad thing until you learn no one picks up after their dogs and leave them tied up all day outside barking and running loose Ive returned four different dogs to their owners that I found roaming free Oh almost forgot about the 50 kids who run wild here long past midnight and before I forgot most of those kids are under 12 Then theres a group of teens who recently were arrested here for breaking into a empty unit and spray painting all the walls and windows Oh and all the pics of this place in the listings are all from when it was first built none are recent If you do happen to move into Jamestown just do whatever the random kids ask of you The first time you tell these kids no they will spread lies about you to every other unit to point of being harassing you everytime you step outside your front door more ... hide ...

If I could rate zero star I would Absolutely horrible place to live A relative lived here and there is constant crime people with guns in the street babiesliterally babies in the road by themselves at any Godgiven hour and police presence is constant when pulling over innocent bystanders but not when needed There have been raids and all kind of things Get 2019-03-14T15:49:12Z

Its a beautiful neighborhood and the apts are beautiful on the inside big spacious and gorgeous Unfortunately some of the residents drop a lot of trash in the breezeways and in the backyard of the buildings Im not sure whos responsibility it is to pick up this trash that is left there looking nasty in the breezeways and backyard of the buildings However the 2022-04-19T17:59:44Z
Its a beautiful neighborhood and the apts are beautiful on the inside big spacious and gorgeous Unfortunately some of the residents drop a lot of trash in the breezeways and in the backyard of the buildings Im not sure whos responsibility it is to pick up this trash that is left there looking nasty in the breezeways and backyard of the buildings However the front yards of the buildings are always emaculate The office staff and maintenance team are friendly and professional Also I believe a 2nd trash compacter would be very beneficial to the community so that the trash wont run over onto the sidewalks and look extremely unsightly All in all Im pleased with my decision to make this my home The office staff is professional and friendly Unfortunately a lot of the residents have a ghetto mentality although the apartment complex is in the middle of a wealthy neighborhood more ... hide ...
