I put in my application for this place for low income housing 4 years ago for a 1 bedroom apartment and I followed up and replied to them everytime my name came up and even have dated emails to prove that I did BUT they dropped me from their list anyway for no reason at all I am so angry I have been needing a place to live waiting patiently and following up 2021-06-23T12:59:17Z

Its a very nice quite community and has some really great neighbors who I can still call friends and have known for many years I would recommend living there and loved the time I spent there even with many staff coming and going throughout the years its still a great place to live

My mom moved out in March and she received her security deposit back after 2 months which is ok But she has been trying to cash it and deposit the check they issued and they said it was fraudulent been calling them for over 1 month now and nobody returns our call Gonna have to get legal help Unfortunately that was really the only problem she had there

I have been here almost a year they dont EVER come fix anything which I have been complaining about the same thing since I been here They dont care they cant keep NOBODY in the office or maintenance My best advice if you gonna pay this type of money go somewhere where alllllll amenities WORK and they care about the residents They will break their neck to se 2021-08-24T20:15:39Z
