PLEASE believe the reviews My daughter applied in November begged for orientation in MARCH paid a deposit and now were being ignored They never do anything on time and everyone is getting paid to SIT DOWN or to do TRAINING Emails are the only paper trail they have and they are VERY rude

Person that answered phone was not pleasant Also when I called on there machine said excepting for 1 2 and 3 bedroom appt Thats why I came to get Applications I understand ur machine may not have been updated But with me being a manager for 25 years at Walmart Traveling form state to state It could of been addressed alot more professional No one 2020-04-14T16:12:08Z

This place is a mess The apartments are nice and clean but the management sucks I work with young girls most of them between the ages of 18 and 21 who are single parents This apartment complex will turn them down and let people live there who have been there for 10 years with five and six children in a two bedroom apartment These people who live in this apartment complex have fancy cars Men living with them who are not on the lease selling drugs out of the apartment I know this Because I helped a couple of them a few years ago get an apartment over there this place is a blessing To those who get in and save their money and try to get off of low income housingIm also confuse how girls and boys can share the same room teenagers share room with toddlers and infants I work for nonprofit organization in is sad to see these young girls go without a place because women who have been here for ever refuse to move and give the young girls a chance to get on their own and make it this place should be a booster not permanent housing for women who continue to have child after child knowing that they can stay in their two bedroom is no way its comfortable it should be some kind of fire hazard to have so many people in these two bedroom apartments I will continue to write reviews and continue to send these young mothers whom are trying to better their selves down to apply until someone hears their cries for help more ... hide ...

For a housing property the one bedroom floor plan is not all THAT bad BUT the landlords are rude and annoying They treat their tenants with no respect they do not make you feel at home They will constantly post notice after notice on your front door for you to come into the office finding any reason to evict you The landlords will charge YOU for repairs that 2017-05-29T00:06:54Z
