I lived in these apts for 10 years and I must say they are Great aptsnGreat management great maintenance staff if there ever was a problem i just gave them a call and they fixed it right away

I just recently moved back to Chattanooga and finding a place wasnt easy Everyone was full and not taking applications Another property they own actually referred me to them And I can say the process was very smooth and easy Being young I thought this process would be very hard for me but they were so helpful The application process was great They work with you and always keep you updated There came a time I had troubles paying for rent due to cut hours at work They were so understandingand referred me to a rental Assistance program Although thats a long process they set me up with payments plans to help me stay on track and not get too far behind When something is wrong with the apartment I put in a work order and maintenance gets right on it Just a great apartment community it even comes with a washer in apartment and a gym in rent office They have a nice pool and grill area Cant wait for the summer I was reading the other reviews and I see a lot of those issues they were having are not occurring anymore I think theyre probably under new management The staff is lovely and you will have everything you need If your looking for an apartment I highly recommend especially if this is your first apartment And its right here by the main highway so very accessible to everywhere in the city and by the mall more ... hide ...

The WORST management janky apartments ever I would personally say avoid living here Resigning my lease was the WORST decision I have ever made You can never get in contact with nobody in the office Youre routed to a customer service Representative who either dont live in the United States that dont know nothing or how to get in touch with anyone on site neither or you just plain SOL Ive been having maintenance issues damn near every month or every other month Not to top that the emergency supposedly maintenance doesnt come when its an emergency they come the next day or days later depending on how many maintenance requests youre forced to put in the previous management wasnt so good but they sure was way better than this new one I cant wait until my lease is up The pool was disgusting they never cleaned it these units janky halls are stained and filthy never pressure washed Central air is always going out and they never seems to know the answers or fix the problem permanently I can keep going raising rent no parking spaces etc Now my hot water has went out that Ive reported already Ill see how long the emergency maintenance take to come look at everything If i could give no stars i would more ... hide ...
