I have lived here for over a year The previous office staff was very nice and would go out of their way to help you out The new office staff does not care They are difficult to get in touch with and do not return calls They are rude and you can tell they do not like dealing with people When I moved out recently they are charging me for a trash fee for a mont 2022-04-30T16:25:32Z
I have lived here for over a year The previous office staff was very nice and would go out of their way to help you out The new office staff does not care They are difficult to get in touch with and do not return calls They are rude and you can tell they do not like dealing with people When I moved out recently they are charging me for a trash fee for a month that I am not even living there as well as other ridiculous fees that I have never received from moving out of multiple previous apartment complexes They are also charging me almost 100 for 3 blinds when only 2 were actually damaged one of which was already damaged when I moved in over a year ago I would NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone with the new changes they have made more ... hide ...

Unfortunately from the outside the apartments are senior friendly but once inside it feels more like a antisocial cave If you have a fourlegged companion these apartments are not for you Pet owners are shamed and banned to sit in their cars in the parking lot with their pets After all dogs are not to be seen or heard here

Terrible place to live I have been living in these apartments for about 5 years now and let me just say when I first moved here I loved it however since then management has changed several times since the beginning of 2020 the current manager that goes by the name of Jason has been harassing the tenents him and the so call maintenance man which I might add doesnt fix anything that is requested but they have the audacity to enter in our apartments snooping around going thru people personal items they dont send letters out and give notice of inspections or anything several tenents have reported items being missing from the apartments and have even walked in and caught Jason and the maintenance coming out of separate bedrooms unexpectedly with no excuse as to why they were there without notice also when you pay your rent the money orders all of a sudden come up missing and now you owe them I would not recommend these apartments simply because of mistrust of an inexperienced manager and they do not take care of the property at allDO NOT MOVE HERE more ... hide ...

The apartment people said they would fix the problems when we moved in Doors off hinges a screenless window ripped floor scratched walls and a door that leads outside leaking underneath the messed up plumbing issues and the ROACHES FOR OVER A YEAR weve been moving out for a month havent been staying Our last day to make sure we have everything we come back and theyre are SQUATTERS IN THE APARTMENT They were nice let us grab our things and we left There were feces and trash everywhere I asked them how they got in and they said the window and pointed to the screenless window in the livingroom Needless to say i am done with this entire company They dont fix the issues or they makr it a hassle to get done They make it a hassle to access the portal to actually see the lease and due date of rent There are a couple people that are amazing but overall i dont reccomend them to anyone more ... hide ...
