Michelle has made our movein process at Steeplechase flawless Everything from filling out the application and virtual tour to signing our lease and getting our keys Not only are her and the rest of the staff kind but they are also great at following up with you and taking the time to answer any questions you may have I cant say enough good things about Michelle and those working at Steeplechase She is definitely a topnotch Property Manager During the movein inspection we listed a few things we noticed around the apartment and SAME day they were addressed which was ahead of the estimated time they stated maintenance would be able to get to them since it was the day after a holiday The maintenance team is quick to come out and actually fix the problem with status updates and notes left in your online portal on what exactly was done The online portal is easy to use when requesting work orders and allows you to upload pictures if needed The property is wellmaintained and finding a spot in the parking lot is never an issue Steeplechase has great water pressure that actually stays hot ceiling fans in the bedrooms spacious porches and closets my favorite part a garbage disposal washer and dryer hookups is pet friendly and for the most part is super quiet I lived here many years ago as well with no issues or complaints If youre looking for a nice apartment complex in a convenient part of town with staff who care for their tenants and actually address your concerns Steeplechase is the place We cant thank you guys enough and look forward to the rest of our time here more ... hide ...

Ive been living here for 3 years now Ive never had a problem with management or anyone else in the apartments I show respect pay my rent on time and dont cause problems with others Thats the key to having a great living experience here MsTanya is always willing to listen and reason with anyone if you happen to have any issues while living here

DO NOT move here your the parking is horrible and almost every night things were stolen from cars in the parking lot They also have serious ant and bug problem even with there exterminator on call and last but not least expect a very large final statement where they have to replace all carpets and floors only after being there one year pls save yourself a 2022-05-11T16:19:14Z
