We used to call Bluff View home but not anymore Since they have been taken over by the money greedy company Freeman Webb the property has gone downhill We used to could depend on apartment management to take care of issues but they will give you false promises and never take care of the issues This past year they hit us with a huge unexpected rent increase 2022-05-26T11:43:18Z
We used to call Bluff View home but not anymore Since they have been taken over by the money greedy company Freeman Webb the property has gone downhill We used to could depend on apartment management to take care of issues but they will give you false promises and never take care of the issues This past year they hit us with a huge unexpected rent increase upwards of 25 which forced us to look for somewhere else to live As what we hope was a valued resident for years we were in shock by such a high rent increase They also play games with the rent prices as well changing them daily to fill their greedy pockets The property is going downhill as well They have piles of garbage lying around feral cats with people feeding them and the apartments are not worth the price with cheap lowend appliances and hardly any modern living touches Im sure the management team will be responding to this email with more false promises but in the end you put all paint you want on it but its not going to change what Bluff View is becoming My suggestion would be to take a seriously long look before you want to lease here more ... hide ...

The lovely historic building is so charming and inspiring I rented for our studios year end celebration We agreed that this was one of the most unique venues we have enjoyed It was also very clean and beautifully maintained and everything went very smoothly and easily with the rental thanks to the gracious and helpful owner Definitely highly recommend for in 2018-12-30T15:14:50Z

When me and my husband first moved here it seemed to be the ideal place youd want to live Gorgeous views nice pool and decent looking apartments Few months passed and this place went down hill We lived here a little over 2 years and probably went through 4 property managers Each one was terrible and didnt take any of your concerns seriously People run wild at this place garbage would be everywhere kids constantly playing on the steps and screaming with no parent supervision at all We never had the first night of peace and quite Constant partying of neighbors and not to mention the place would smell like drugs and we brought this up to several of the managers and not one thing was ever done about it My car constantly got hit in the parking lot eventually it had to have a new paint job Now the worst part the bugs We were very clean people and we would have to fight off the roach bugs daily We used around 5 smoke bombs and never could get rid of them We also brought this up to the manager and all they said was if was the people above us and there was nothing they could do It was very scary at night walking to our apartment it felt like I was about to get mugged at any moment I would not recommend this place to anyone more ... hide ...

My brother selected Alton Place Apartments for my mother I was not sure of my mother living there One morning I saw Ms Margaret outside picking up trash and cleaning the area I also noticed that the place is always clean I said Ms Margaret really cares From then on I was very happy that my mother is living in a place that care about her I recommended Al 2021-10-25T12:52:39Z

I called on Friday still waiting on a call back On Saturday I drove to the complex We could not find any one on site but I did see some teenager blocking one of the drive way from the old ringold road So we went around It looks nice for a semi new place But the parking lot was is dirty those teenagers also were up to no good This complex needs 2022-03-21T13:16:06Z
