I would never recommend this complex to anyone From day 1 I honestly felt like I was being scammed by the building management There were so many issues that I wont list them all but here are the major ones that I had experienced I had to clean the apartment because no one had previously done so including half eaten food on the floor and stains on the carpet The management hassled me about my dog who is friendly and went through their screening process I had to reach out to lawyers who reviewed my lease and confirmed what they were doing was in fact illegal Other renters at the property told me they were experiencing the same kind of threats and harassment from the managers I had an issue with my AC unit and I mentioned it did not appear clean when I moved in however they assured me it was There was a weird smell and I had been feeling sick so I decided to check and the entire inside of the AC unit was covered in black mold I had only been at the unit for 23 months I am still having issues with my lungs and breathing because of this The apartment was never cleaned and the floor was severely damaged when I moved in The management staff appeared to be nice at first but whenever there were issues they would not respond to emails and were aggressiverude on the phone The stairs are rusting through and there are visible holes in the brick of the building that they try to cover with rocks There have been dead rats found in the dog run My windows were never cleaned and I had a large spider nest just outside my window and door I woke up to hearing gunshots 34 times a month They have a new maintenance employee who is trying their best to improve what they can but overall its a dirty and poorly managed property I truly hope they make appropriate changes to make this a better place to live for future residents because this was the worst renting experience I have ever had more ... hide ...

Ive began to hate that I signed a lease here I dont expect much at all but when you are paying rent at a place you simply expect not to have to worry about certain things I cant understand having one maintenance employee for multiple properties its absurd actually and therefore you get bad quality service as if you are a bother Ive been lied right to my face 2019-07-22T15:12:23Z
Ive began to hate that I signed a lease here I dont expect much at all but when you are paying rent at a place you simply expect not to have to worry about certain things I cant understand having one maintenance employee for multiple properties its absurd actually and therefore you get bad quality service as if you are a bother Ive been lied right to my face and have definitive proof of the lie but they carry on in the most fake and unprofessional manner Needless to say Im looking to end this lease as soon as possible no matter what Ive spoken with multiple residents and they all say the same things but of course nothing is done about it It takes more than just reading the reviews and having the owner respond as if they care they know the real issues but have not and wont do anything to fix them more ... hide ...

Im here from out of state and renting a space from an old lady who has lived here 15 yrs and the manager is giving me a hard time and threatening to evict me and make sure I cant rent to anyone in Tennessee because she angry that I wont fill out a rental application with them I dont want to live here theres roaches everywhere heavy roaches so bad that I couldnt sit anywhere without roaches crawling on me I visited one mans apartment and stood by the entrance of his door and saw bedbugs crawling on his shoulder I wouldnt live here if you paid me A bunch of people down on their luck and functional mental health patients who are being taken advantage of and bullied They threatened to throw this old lady out because I said I have at will tenant rights according to the state of Tennessee and must be properly served an eviction and the manager retaliated against her This is an elderly sick woman in talking about This has been my experience and Ive only been here a little over a month I didnt want to give the star thats a negative star from me more ... hide ...

Ive lived here for 5 years now Yes the apartments are outdated Yes Ive had maintenance issues Yes the walls are paper thin Any time Ive brought up anything maintenance wise its been addressed immediately They have pest control in regularly but its not their fault if a tenant brings roaches in the place and they spread They do try to fix it Thats always 2021-02-05T13:36:02Z
Ive lived here for 5 years now Yes the apartments are outdated Yes Ive had maintenance issues Yes the walls are paper thin Any time Ive brought up anything maintenance wise its been addressed immediately They have pest control in regularly but its not their fault if a tenant brings roaches in the place and they spread They do try to fix it Thats always a possible issue when living in an apartment building Some people are just nasty Rent a house if you dont want that being a possibility of happening The staff are always friendly My daughter goes to the front office regularly as do all the kids when they get off the school bus for treats The office staff sit there waiting for the kids For the most part its quiet the neighbors I have are friendly and we leave each other alone My only complaint is I wish they had 3 bedroom apartments as my family has outgrown the one Im in and will need to move to something bigger in the next year or 2 Otherwise Id stay more ... hide ...

I dont live here but delivered some food to a resident I wasnt able to find the building number and asked one of the residents for help She agreed that the buildings are very random and hard to find I went to the office for assistance and was told that they are all numbered I drove around again and finally found the building but the number was covered by a b 2022-07-15T21:19:24Z
I dont live here but delivered some food to a resident I wasnt able to find the building number and asked one of the residents for help She agreed that the buildings are very random and hard to find I went to the office for assistance and was told that they are all numbered I drove around again and finally found the building but the number was covered by a bush I made my delivery and went back to the front office to suggest that maybe they trim the bushes as some of the numbers are blocked The blonde lady that replied was very rude from the start and stated that they watched me drive around the complex Not sure why that mattered Its not like they could see my perspective as I was looking for the numbers I was only suggesting for their residents sake that they trim the bushes some to help find the apartments Terrible customer service I wouldnt live here and based on the other reviews Im not wrong more ... hide ...
