We have had a great experience here We were very particular in picking our unit so we chose a unit that had only 8 apartments where the 2nd story was the highest which was nice for us People were nice which always helps The office isnt always the best at communicating back and forth but if you physically go in youll have no problems Parking can be difficult

We have had a great experience here We were very particular in picking our unit so we chose a unit that had only 8 apartments where the 2nd story was the highest which was nice for us People were nice which always helps The office isnt always the best at communicating back and forth but if you physically go in youll have no problems Parking can be difficult so sometimes its wiser to just secure a spot so its always consistent But other than that the dog park was great the gym being open 24 hours was great and its very peaceful especially the drive through the trees to get home I loved the space we had

My son and I have lived at the Aria Grand Apartments since they opened back in January of 2020 The location is fantastic and the apartment building is always maintained and immaculate The location is so close to downtown I get to work in under 5 minutes The property management company and ManagerSandra are awesome always willing to assist you in anyway the

There was a water leak that they came out and fixed that caused my bill to go up to 90 in September and up in October when my average bill is less than 20 a month As of today they have not accepted responsibility and I have called multiple times and no one has got back with me Its sad because they know its their fault they called me and told me there was a leak but they are being cheap and pushing bills on tenants This is an unfair practice and if I dont get my refund I will report them to the state I never had a person in management that made me feel so little and not appreciated as the head of this office did This is an affordable apartment for low income and I can not recommend this NRP propertynnUpdate 1027nI first notified the property manager on 93 regarding this matter I went to the office Sunday 1025 to see if they had an update on my request for a refund and still no answer So I complained that the reason they treat us like this is because its a low income apartment Yesterday they finally agreed to refund the money that was owed to me however I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau requesting a refund plus daily interest I just happened to be someone who has gradschool education and I will challenge these issues to the full extent of the law

Edit 154pm 1072022 fire Alarm going off againn410am 9302022 nFire alarms randomly go off in Every unit in the building simultaneously This happens sporadically every few months It use to happen every few weeksbut guess whatever issue that caused this is baaaacknEdit 424am it just happened again nGood luck getting peaceful sleep when it mattersnnAlso have had an outstanding work order to get this unit sprayed for roaches for about a month now and they STILL have not came by to spraynSupposed to do it Mondays but they no longer seem to do pest control At All herenThere are also roaches out in the hallways inside the building so just know this is not something unique to my unit and can very well be in your unit toonUpdate after four weeks of having the work order for pest control open they Closed it out stating it was completed but Never once came to spray nnHave a work order requesting to do something about the BLACK MOLD peaking out of the ceiling air vents outstanding for weeks without anything being done about itnThis doesnt seem legalnnLose your keyfob clicker Broke off of my keychainnIt costs 250 to replace here nnAlso do Not esign any documents here physical copies Always Long story short I esigned when renewing my lease and a month later the office calls to ask if Im renewing I stated I already did and they claimed to have lostnever received the document online Link expired and said Im now out of contract and stated they couldnt honor the original rate that I had signed to keep wouldnt honor the originally agreed upon amount and gave me the option to pay their new price shot up 214 more per month or move out by the end of the month This practice is technically illegal making someone sign under economic duressnnDMA Companies building owner co cant keep raising rent Hundreds of dollars each time you reup AND have major issues like this go Completely unchecked
