I have been here almost a year and this place has its problems It took a little over three months before the construction on my side of the hallway was completely by the water damage Also the False alarms kept going on for awhile That was a headache for awhile The walls are kinda thin And Garage gates are still broken Now my AC has been broken for about two 2022-09-10T04:08:48Z
I have been here almost a year and this place has its problems It took a little over three months before the construction on my side of the hallway was completely by the water damage Also the False alarms kept going on for awhile That was a headache for awhile The walls are kinda thin And Garage gates are still broken Now my AC has been broken for about two weeks Im hoping that will be fixed soon I am thankful for the portable ac as a temporary solution While I am assuming parts are being ordered That being said even with all those problems I do love living here It close to my job Near downtown Austin Neighborhood is good The people in the building are friendly As for the staff running this place there pretty good Look no place is perfect but for right now for me this place does feel like home more ... hide ...

Omg I have to share a great review of this place I found these apartments by mistake I was looking for an apartment and was going crazy because I couldnt find anything well I came here and was greeted by a sweet lady named Teresa and felt welcomed and felt that this place was going to be my home Her and Chelsea and jasmine are a great group of ladies and I 2022-02-18T01:45:20Z

My experience at River Valley Apartments has been a wonderful experience for both my children and I When I call in a work order all of my calls are answered and if there was something that I needed worked on the maintenance fixed it in a timely manner The property managers are very good with communicating to the residents needs I am a very observing person 2022-05-04T17:01:08Z
My experience at River Valley Apartments has been a wonderful experience for both my children and I When I call in a work order all of my calls are answered and if there was something that I needed worked on the maintenance fixed it in a timely manner The property managers are very good with communicating to the residents needs I am a very observing person and what I have noticed is that the staff works really hard to keep our community safe by having a curfew for our community and I notice that the managers enforce that ALL children are supervised at the pool which is really important They work hard to keep the community clean as possible and should not be held accountable for trash that is not picked up or put in the dumpsters by the residents I personally think that how you treat the place that you lives says a lot about the kind of person and resident that you are So I think its safe to say that resident should work together to keep our community safe and clean as well The property manager Ms Leslie is really great with answering any questions or concerns and making the residents feel at home more ... hide ...
