Please if you want to keep your sanity do not I repeat do not move here it looks pretty yeah but no the office is in turmoil theyve had 7 no exaggeration 7 managers in the last year at times it would be no manager just teens from a temp agency who wouldnt have a clue what theyre doing theyll add charges and only if you have receipts will they fix their mist 2022-09-12T17:47:37Z

Ive lived here for about 8 months My 3rd floor 2 bedroom2 bath apartment is very spacious with high ceilings The exterior grounds are kept clean and maintained regularly This place is very pet friendly I absolutely love my apartment Washerdryer room hallway closet a dining area that equals a bedroom space Did I mention that my apartment is huge For the rent involved with all this space provided the price cant be beat in South Austin Neighbors are relatively quiet and friendly but MY building is filled with families that have children and teens they can be loud at times pounding up stairs and slamming doors but it hasnt really been an issue for me In eight months I have seen zero domestic drama and the parking lot is clean and maintained I feel safe here I feel home more ... hide ...

Do not move here the apartments are infested with roachesbed bugs and a lot of crime I lived here for one year and it was the worst year ever there is never any parking also they removed all the visitor parking so you cant have any visitors over if you would like visitors you have to request for a pass and it only last so many days Plus there isnt many visi 2017-07-11T15:33:18Z
Do not move here the apartments are infested with roachesbed bugs and a lot of crime I lived here for one year and it was the worst year ever there is never any parking also they removed all the visitor parking so you cant have any visitors over if you would like visitors you have to request for a pass and it only last so many days Plus there isnt many visitors parking well theres few but there always taking also I have a experience were roaches were living inside my microwave it took the office management 6 months to bring a new one my very first day of receiving the key to the apartment we went inside to check it out my son closet was infested with roaches we havent even moved anything in yet the apartments will lie to keep your deposit mines was taking and they also say I owe them more money plus the deposit they kept when I was living here there was a shooting right outside my apartment and that person was killed also there are breakins here my car was broken into several times the women in the office are rude and once they get you in a apartment thats when their true colors show avoid these apartments if you want to live peacefully lets not forget your car will be towed the apartments will call them on you if they see any car that they dont reconigize which you need a pass on your vehicle or towed my family from out of state came to visit me I let the apartments know and the next day their car was towed do not move here Also the apartments sends numerous of letters to the tenants to notify them to not be out walking the apartments at night due to the high crime rate that occurs often at these apartments Do yourself a favor and your family do not move here more ... hide ...

I have been at VoF for over 2 years and have enjoyed a peaceful living situation The community is secure and friendly Gates and locked doors that are easy to navigate help to make you feel secure in a large rapid growing city Residents are friendly and respectful of their neighbors Everything one needs is close and easy to get to Churches grocery stores and restaurants are within a few minutes The grounds of the complex are well kept and the pet friendly environment is great I came here as a new widow and between the security and acceptance of my neighbors I have been able to start a new life and enjoy being able to continue moving forward with lifenAfter reviewing other peoples comments I felt that I needed to say more First this is my review and not a fake Management has my consent to call me to the office to discuss this with anyone interested in living here Yes the smoke alarm has gone off twice since I moved in and both times someone has seriously burned dinner The hallway and community area are always clean I believe that someone comes in with notice once a year to check that things are in good repair and they change air conditioning filters Tgey also exterminate when necessary and do immediate maintenance when necessary No one has ever entered my apartment without my permission more ... hide ...
