too many drug dealers and random junkies lookin for their fix narc hotline doesnt answer or return phone calls people dont respect curfew or their neighbors management is constantly changing every 46 months if not sooner no matter how many complaints are submitted nothing gets done people are sooo nasty here leaving their trash thrown around and the maintena 2016-08-13T11:55:48Z
too many drug dealers and random junkies lookin for their fix narc hotline doesnt answer or return phone calls people dont respect curfew or their neighbors management is constantly changing every 46 months if not sooner no matter how many complaints are submitted nothing gets done people are sooo nasty here leaving their trash thrown around and the maintenance crew have to spend their mornings cleaning up instead of fixing work orders parents dont look after their kids allowing them at the age of 2 to be running around outside in a soiled pamper crossing the parking lot by themselves with no clothes or shoes on and they dont even know that the kid got outside you cant open your front door without smelling someone smokin marijuana outside when i first moved here i had way too many people knockin at my door lookin for their drug dealer i got tired of it and started to cuss them all out til they got the point to not come back to my door more ... hide ...

Apartment managementstaffing attitudes are so disgusting and disturbing Visiting a 60 year old womans home to see my so just for a staffing to come and and tell me I was not aloud to be there because I am not on the lease as if I lived there we then told her I was just a guest for the day and she proceeded to say it doesnt not matter she is not aloud here Then threatened the elderly woman of evicting them in 2 days which she cannot legally do btw she also cannot tell residents they may not have visitors it says that no where on any website or rule page all it says is you need visitors registration if you are parking If this is how you treat your long term residents then I would advise yall to either get management or staffing that is respectful and not ugly to people or at least correct the woman The lady with her today even looked embarrassed of her behavior the elderly woman only speaks Spanish and she speaked Spanish too but still decided to threaten my so and his sister saying she will evict them by Monday how unprofessional to threaten children when she can obviously talk to the home owner herself I reached out to the complex too but no response Absolutely disgusting She gotta worry Abt that hair cut more ... hide ...

Im so glad I didnt sign a lease here I saw the floor plans online and loved the loft one every source said it was available end of June I evem talked to someone about it I saw a few of the negative reviews but every complex at this price point has some bad reviews so I put in an application 4 days later I called the office like 5 times to follow up no answer 2022-05-25T17:18:39Z
Im so glad I didnt sign a lease here I saw the floor plans online and loved the loft one every source said it was available end of June I evem talked to someone about it I saw a few of the negative reviews but every complex at this price point has some bad reviews so I put in an application 4 days later I called the office like 5 times to follow up no answer Did a little digging and found out this place has been sued by their tenants and is notorious for health and safety violations Even then I was willing to give it a shot because I just need somewhere to live so I called again on the 5th day The lady was confused when I said I put an application in and said they havent had any availability in months What I talked to someone a week ago and they said they had a unit available and your site not only let me go through the whole application process but it also took my money There were multiple units to choose from online I asked why nobody answered yesterday she said nobody was in the office On a Tuesday during normal business hours If I hadnt called them relentlessly they would have just pocketed my application fee knowing there was 0 availability and I would have never heard from them again Unbelievable more ... hide ...
